TRADING YOUR OLD ZINES: If you're a zine fan, chances are you've got a bunch of zines lying around that you don't read anymore. Now you can turn those old zines for different ones. All you have to do is send in your used zines and wait to get your exchange package.
You can check out the inventory list and request certain zines, but we can't promise you'll get all the zines requested.
As for our policy on the value of used zines, it'll go down a lot like a used record store. Old and used zines are definitely going to be worth less than those coming straight from the authors. So, if you send in a bundle of used zines with cover prices totaling in $7.00, you can expect about $5.00 worth of zines in return. The reason for this is to maintain a workable inventory.
A couple bucks for postage is optional but would be greatly appreciated.
FOR ZINESTERS: You can send in issues of your zine and get zines from other trade-hungry zinesters in return. By going through the ZRC, you'll save money and time and you'll be sure to get trades that are worth your time and effort.
Just send in a few issues of your zines (no more than $20.00 worth, please) and include a note with the some basic info on your zine and wait for your trades to arrive. The ZRC takes into consideration your zine's value and your interests in putting together your trade package.
If you are interested in any zines from the inventory list, feel free to request them. But due to the nature of this distro, inventory will change quickly and some requests cannot be honored.
When it comes to new, direct-from-author zines, the submitted bundle and the traded bundle with be of equal value.
Of course, feel free to send in your used zines along.
You can also send in fliers, stickers, buttons, etc to be mailed out with each of our packages.
